J. Less Guthrie – J. Less Guthrie has been a Bank director since 1979 and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Guthrie is a lifetime resident of Porterville, California, where he operates a cattle ranch and diversified farming operation with his family. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a degree in Agricultural Economics. Mr. Guthrie is also on the board of the Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation located in Jersey City, NJ and on the board of CoBank, a Farm Credit institution that finances production agriculture and agricultural cooperatives.

Paul E. Klippenstein – Paul E. Klippenstein has been a Director of the Company since 1995. He is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has worked in accounting in the hospital industry as well as for a large ranching operation before going into public accounting in 1980. He is currently a CPA in private practice in Porterville California. He has served the Porterville Rotary Club as president and is currently the club treasurer.  He is also a director on the Porterville Fair Board and

is currently the Fair treasurer.  He has also served on the Board of Directors of the

Porterville Sheltered Workshop.


Julia Inestroza- Julia grew up in Porterville. She received her BA in Economics from U.C. Riverside and her MBA, with a specialization in technology and operations management, from Cal Poly Pomona.  She is a graduate of class 34 of the two year California Agricultural Leadership program.  She currently oversees management of a 500 acre ranch in Porterville, is the marketing director for Gourmet Trading Company as well as an adjunct professor of economics at Porterville College.

She is on the board for the Emerging Ag Technology pathway at a local high school. She also recently joined the board of directors for Early Alert Canines, a non-profit, providing diabetic alert dogs to type one diabetics at no charge



Anabel Chavez - Ms. Chavez is a graduate of Lindsay High School in Lindsay, CA. She is owner of Annabelle’s Bridal Boutique in Visalia and has been successfully running that company since 2002.  She has a long history of community service in the Central Valley including President of the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and membership in the Latino Rotary and Exeter Women’s Club.



Dago Garcia - Dago Garcia has been a board member since 2013. Dr. Garcia has been a resident of Porterville since 1979. Dr. Garcia attended the University of Santa Cruz where he obtained a BA in Sociology and a Masters in Education, his doctorate in educational administration was attained at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Dr. Garcia is employed as a school district superintendent in the Porterville area.  Dr. Garcia is past president of the Porterville Breakfast Lions Club and a member.



Felix S. Fernandez – Mr. Fernandez with a BA in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He is currently a board member of Cathay General Bank Corp.  Mr. Fernandez worked 35 years in banking having numerous assignments including International, Corporate, Private and retail banking.  He recently retired from Wells Fargo as Executive Vice President and Regional Banking President for Northern CA.  He has a long history of community service in the several states he has lived, including CA, AZ and TX.
